Last updated: 19 June 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to aifreelancepro.pro (the "Site") operated by AIFreelancePro Academy Inc. ("AIFreelancePro," "we," "us," or "our"), a federal corporation with registered office at 1800 Argyle Street, Suite 801, Halifax, NS B3J 3N8, Canada. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy policy. If you disagree, do not use the Site.
Enrolment in programmes is additionally governed by a separate enrolment agreement provided before payment. Where conflicts arise regarding training delivery, the enrolment agreement prevails.
2. Operator identification
AIFreelancePro Academy Inc. · BN 823567890 RC0001 · HST 823567890 RT0001 · NS Corporation Number 3245678. Director of Publication: Marcus Chen. Hosted by Canadian Web Hosting Ltd., 151 Front Street West, Suite 800, Toronto, ON M5J 2N1.
3. Nature of services — training provider only
AIFreelancePro teaches freelance professional skills enhanced by AI. We do not guarantee client placement, marketplace account approval, or specific earnings. Learners build their own independent freelance practices. We are a vocational training provider offering bootcamps, clinics, workshops, and coaching on client brief interpretation, proposal craft, portfolio proof, service scope, delivery milestones, rate cards, and freelance operations.
We are not a staffing agency, client marketplace, investment adviser, legal adviser, or accounting firm. Site content is educational and does not constitute professional, financial, or legal advice.
4. Income and freelance outcome disclaimer
AIFreelancePro provides professional training for AI-enhanced freelance work in Canada. We are an education provider, not a staffing agency, investment adviser, or client marketplace. We do not guarantee freelance clients, contract volume, or any specific income. Earnings depend on your skills, marketing, client relationships, and market demand. Case descriptions are anonymised illustrations for learning — not promises of future performance.
This disclaimer aligns with Competition Bureau Canada guidance on fair representations in business opportunity and earning-related marketing. Training teaches methodology and professional standards; outcomes vary with effort, experience, niche selection, pricing, and external market factors beyond our control.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to lawful use of the Site. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Submitting false or misleading information through forms
- Circumventing honeypot, referer, or other security measures
- Automated scraping, harvesting, or denial-of-service activity
- Unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation of Site content
- Transmitting malware, spam, or harmful code
- Impersonating AIFreelancePro or misrepresenting affiliation
We may suspend access and report abuse to authorities.
6. Intellectual property
Site content — text, graphics, programme summaries, logos, layout — is owned by AIFreelancePro Academy Inc. or licensed to us. Personal, non-commercial viewing and printing is permitted. Other use requires written consent. Enrolled learners receive a limited licence for personal learning during enrolment; materials may not be resold, republished, or used to create competing training products without permission.
7. Programme fees
Indicative fees on the Site are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may vary by format and cohort size. Final pricing appears in your enrolment agreement before payment. Applicable HST is disclosed prior to charge. Non-payment may suspend access to materials.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation rights follow your enrolment agreement and Nova Scotia consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act where applicable. Statutory cooling-off periods for distance contracts may allow cancellation within prescribed windows for refunds minus services already delivered. Contact [email protected] with your enrolment reference; we respond within five business days.
9. Training delivery
Training is delivered via live bootcamps, proposal clinics, portfolio reviews, workshops, and self-paced cohorts as described per programme. Schedules and platform access are confirmed upon enrolment. We may substitute equivalently qualified instructors and adjust schedules with reasonable notice. If we cancel before start, you receive a full refund or cohort transfer.
10. Learner conduct
Learners must treat instructors and peers respectfully, complete assignments honestly, and use AI tools ethically in client-work simulations. Harassment, plagiarism, or sharing enrolment credentials may result in removal without refund where permitted by agreement and law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nova Scotia law, AIFreelancePro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use or training participation. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site or training services is limited to fees paid for the specific programme giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify AIFreelancePro against claims arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights through content you submit.
13. Privacy and data
Personal information is handled per our Privacy policy and PIPEDA. Form submissions require explicit consent; checkboxes are not pre-selected.
14. Third-party links and tools
The Site may reference third-party platforms or tools for educational context. We are not endorsed by or officially partnered with freelance marketplaces unless explicitly stated with verifiable documentation. External links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party content.
15. Fair business practices
We comply with the Competition Act (Canada) and support fair marketing practices. We do not make false or misleading representations about training outcomes, client placement, or income potential.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia and applicable federal Canadian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nova Scotia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your province of residence.
17. Severability and waiver
If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date above indicates the current version. Material changes are posted here; continued Site use constitutes acceptance for browsing and enquiry interactions.
19. Accessibility
We endeavour to maintain a Site accessible to learners with diverse needs, including keyboard navigation support, sufficient colour contrast, and descriptive alt text on images. If you encounter barriers accessing programme information, contact [email protected] and we will work to provide content in an alternative format where reasonably possible.
20. Entire agreement for Site use
These Terms, together with the Privacy policy and Cookie policy linked from the Site, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of aifreelancepro.pro for browsing and general enquiries. They do not replace enrolment agreements for paid training.
