Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about our freelance training programmes, services, and what we do — and do not — promise.

No. AIFreelancePro teaches freelance professional skills — proposal craft, portfolio proof, scope management, rate card development, and freelance operations. We do not guarantee freelance clients, contract volume, employment placement, or any specific income level. Finding clients, negotiating rates, and earning revenue depend on your effort, experience, market demand, pricing decisions, and factors entirely outside our control.

We are a vocational training provider, not a staffing agency, client marketplace, or business opportunity scheme. Completion of any programme or service does not entitle you to leads, contracts, or earnings. Learner snapshots and case descriptions on this site are anonymised educational illustrations — not promises of typical or future performance.

You will learn practical vocational skills for AI-enhanced freelance work: interpreting client briefs, writing professional proposals, building portfolio proof, defining service scope, managing delivery milestones, communicating with clients, setting a rate card, and operating freelance business rhythms. AI tools are taught as productivity aids within ethical boundaries — not as substitutes for professional judgement or honest client representation.

No. AIFreelancePro is a registered vocational education provider offering structured training programmes and services. We do not sell investment products, MLM memberships, crypto signals, or passive income systems. Fees cover instruction, materials, and feedback — not access to a client pipeline or guaranteed returns.

AIFreelancePro Academy Inc. is incorporated in Nova Scotia (Corporation # 3245678) with Business Number 823567890 RC0001 and HST registration 823567890 RT0001. We offer live online cohorts, hybrid sessions at our Halifax training room on Argyle Street, and self-paced cohort tracks with scheduled instructor check-ins. Format availability varies by programme — contact us for the current schedule. Learners across Canada can participate fully online; Atlantic Canada residents may attend in-person components when offered.

Career changers seeking structured entry into freelance work, professionals adding AI-assisted services to existing practices, recent graduates building initial portfolio proof, and small business owners training team members in client-ready deliverable standards. Prior freelance experience helps for advanced programmes but is not required for AFP-001 foundations.

Programmes range from four to eight weeks depending on the AFP code. Expect six to twelve hours per week for live cohort formats, including sessions, practice exercises, and peer review. Self-paced tracks offer more flexibility but include mandatory check-in deadlines to maintain cohort engagement and instructor feedback access.

Programme fees are quoted in Canadian dollars. Payment schedules are provided at enrolment. Refund terms follow Nova Scotia Consumer Protection Act requirements including applicable cooling-off periods for distance contracts. Full details appear in our Terms of use. Partial refunds may apply for withdrawals before specific programme milestones — outlined in your enrolment agreement.

A reliable computer, stable internet connection, and a modern web browser are essential. Specific AI tools vary by programme — we recommend widely available platforms and disclose any paid subscriptions before enrolment. Learners are responsible for their own software costs. We do not require proprietary marketplace accounts or paid platform memberships to complete training.

Our curriculum emphasises transparent AI use, honest capability representation, scope-bound tool application, client data protection, and disclosure when AI assists deliverables. Learners practice identifying situations where human expertise must lead and where automation is inappropriate. Ethical standards align with professional freelance norms and Canadian privacy expectations.
